Affilate Marketing Program

Welcome to the Elevate to E.L.I.T.E. Virtual Mastery Program Affiliate Marketing Program. By participating in our program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Definitions

– “Program” refers to the Elevate to E.L.I.T.E. Virtual Mastery Program Affiliate Marketing Program.
– “Affiliate” refers to an individual or entity that has agreed to the terms and conditions to promote the Program in exchange for a commission.
– “Student” refers to an individual who has registered and paid for the Program through an Affiliate’s unique referral link.
– “Registration” refers to a successful sign-up and payment by a Student for the Program.

Enrollment

1. To become an Affiliate, you must complete the affiliate application and be approved. Approval is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject any application without explanation.

2. Upon approval, Affiliates will receive a unique referral link to promote the Program.

Commissions

1. Affiliates will earn a fixed commission of P1,500 for every successful Student registration through their unique referral link.

2. Commissions are paid only on registrations that are verified and not refunded within a 30-day period.

3. Payments will be made within 45 days after the end of the month in which the Student’s registration is confirmed.

4. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes associated with commission fees.

Obligations of the Affiliate

1. Affiliates agree to use ethical and legal means to promote the Program.

2. Affiliates must not use misleading or false statements about the Program’s benefits or potential outcomes.

3. Affiliates are prohibited from offering additional bonuses or incentives without prior written approval from us.

4. Affiliates must not engage in spamming or unsolicited commercial email.

5. Affiliates agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to their marketing activities.

Intellectual Property

1. Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use our trademarks and marketing materials provided for the purpose of promoting the Program.

2. All intellectual property rights remain with us, and no rights are transferred to the Affiliate.

Termination

1. Either party may terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time with or without cause.

2. Upon termination, the Affiliate must cease all promotional activities and remove all promotional materials and links to the Program.

3. Any outstanding commissions at the time of termination will be paid according to the payment terms, provided the conditions for payment are met.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Continued participation in the Program after such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Acceptance

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Program operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
